  Got a feeder rat from them. They put it in a container with a loose lid. It got loose in my car, couldn't find it go back to get another one, show them the lid was loose and they charged me for a second rat. Mind you at a discount, but still it wasn't my fault the lid didn't snap on.

  I go there for feeder mice weekly, and they are very accommodating and helpful. The owner is was able to answer every question we had and gave us recommendations that definitely improved the quality of life for our snake. They also occasionally have kittens, rabbits, and sometimes puppies. The prices for animal, food, and supplies are all very reasonable.
